Not just a regular liquid soap. In the spirit of minimalism, this versatile product can also be used as a regular hand soap, so feel free to make this your all-round soap/shampoo. We currently use glass bottles, please take care if you choose to place it in the shower. An economical and environmentally smart refill is available, so you don’t need to buy a new bottle every time. The practical 1-litre pouch of our Slåtterøy Hand Soap Refill is enough to refill your bottle twice.

Ingredients (INCI): Aqua, MIPA-Laureth Sulfate, PEG-10 Olive Glycerides, Sodium Chloride, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Phenoxyethanol, Citrus Aurantifolia Peel Oil Expressed, Citrus Medica Limonum Peel Oil, Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Caprylyl Glycol, Pimenta Acris Leaf Oil, Coriandrum Sativum Seed Oil, Cedrus Atlantica Wood Oil, Limonene, Linalool, Eugenol, Citral.
Be warned, Slåtterøy is rather addictive and has in some cases been known to cause wanderlust. Some customers have reportedly found themselves wishing for a compass and a fishing net for their next birthday, so it might be a good idea to have your crew ready, just in case.
We have many customers coming to us with extremely dry skin that flakes. Most of these customers see a noticeable improvement in the skin after a month of regular use. Our soaps may not have the same effect on all conditions, but if you suffer from extremely dry skin it is worth giving them a try.
Remember to clean the pump regularly to maintain the soap in mint condition.

My one big indulgence is high quality soaps, shower gels, and body washes. It may sound odd but I’ve tried many from at least 10 countries. Slåtterøy is one of the best in the world. Lathers, moisturizes very well, feels good and smells good, a bit like Bay Rum, but distinct, unlike anything else. A natural fragrance (look at the ingredients) that is not phony or perfumey. Enough so you can smell it but not so strong that a whole elevator of people would. Also, very good service from Fitjar to America, arrived about 6 days after I ordered. I also like the classy glass bottle, should last for years and easy to buy a refill without having to replace the dispenser.
