No trackable delivery
Unless you actively pick delivery with DHL at check out, all orders are sent as an airmail letter by regular postal service because that is cheap and quick. Airmail letter is not trackable so you will not get a tracking code to follow the shipment before it appears in your mailbox. By picking this method you accept this, and we will not able to refund you should your packet get lost in the mail. If you are unable to trust the postal service in your country, need your products delivered quickly, or simply want to make sure that you can follow them, you can pick delivery with DHL at checkout. The costs for your area will appear automatically at checkout.
All prices are in Norwegian Crowns – NOK. On the English version of the webshop, the prices are shown excluding the 25% Norwegian sales tax (VAT). If the delivery address of the order is in Norway, sales tax will be added at checkout. On the Norwegian version of the webshop, the 25% Norwegian sales tax (VAT) is included in the prices. If the delivery address of the order is outside Norway, VAT will be deducted at checkout. All payment in advance. You can pay by PayPal or credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Taxes & Duties in your country
If you are purchasing from outside Norway, be aware that additional taxes may apply if your order surpasses the minimum tax-free value limit for private persons in your country. We do not have an overview of the different limits in each country, so if you want to be sure that you don’t get a surprise charge, please check on it with the customs authorities of your country. Let us know if you need any help with this.
Flat shipping rates for orders sent by regular airmail letter are 59 NOK within Norway (incl VAT), Europe and rest of the world 69 NOK (no VAT). Flat shipping rates for orders sent with certified courier will be displayed at checkout according to the country of delivery. Flat rates on both shipping methods apply only to orders under 1 kilo in weight. All orders over that weight will be subject to a surcharge.
Changed your mind? That’s ok, sometimes it happens. Take contact with us at email@example.com and we will sort out whether you want a refund or a replacement. We will refund or replace the items after the return has been received in pristine condition, unopened and unused. You will pay for return shipping and should you want a replacement, for the shipping of the new product. For international shipments, we will also charge any customs fees if applicable.
You have 28 days from the day you placed the order to return the products. To process a return you must inform us within that limit. The return must be approved by us. Packages that are returned to us with freight collect will not be taken from the post office and will be sent in return to you.
International parcels that get returned to us because they have not been collected at the post office or because the customer decides to reject the customs charges will be refunded once the parcel has reached us. Shipping cost and any customs fees for re-importing the parcel to Norway will be deducted.
If a product reaches you in damaged conditions, please send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and the description of the problem. We will take it from there and see how to solve it.
